Mami Sayo / 佐用 真巳
Based in the UK for around 20 years, across the industries - hospitality, publication, design, architecture, interior design, manufacturing, and fire protection - I have been acting as a bridge to connect global teams with various cultural and professional backgrounds, improving operations management systems and solving cross-cultural conflicts.
Each role I looked after required a different approach to its task. However, I realised that my focus and passion have never changed. That is the “person.” Every person involved in projects, companies, and organisations I encountered is a treasure of my life. I have learnt that a team that cherishes people delivers a project out of love, and this project, surrounded by care and passion, brings prosperous circulation to the economy and society.
From now on, I am following my much-desired vision - to focus on “you” as the conductor of your life and business goals.
Through experiences in global project management, teaching, and therapy, I have gained insightful eyes to observe the situation with a wide range of viewpoints, communication skills to lead to accurate information, and hearing skills to listen deeply from the heart. These tools will clarify what is actually happening and what is genuinely needed and will be on your side to guide you towards your authentic vision.
英国を拠点とし約20年、ホスピタリティー・出版・デザイン・建築・インテリア・製造・防災産業にて、多分野・多文化から集うチームを繋ぐコミュニケーターとして、各プロジェクトやオペレーションマネジメント構造の改善、異文化摩擦問題の解消などを担ってきました。
様々な役職を経験させていただくなかで、業務内容はそれぞれ違えど、自分のなかで変わらず、情熱を持って大切にしたいと思い続けているのは、関わるすべての皆さま、プロジェクトや組織をつくりあげている「人」の存在。私の宝物です。人を愛しているチームの愛のある活動は、心地よく豊かに社会や経済に循環してゆくということも学びました。
